By observing and practicing proper alignment and sequencing of the yogic asanas, or poses, we begin to rejuvenate and restore the body. By gently stretching muscles, lubricating joints and massaging organs the result is increased mobility and improved overall health. Breathing is regulated, and the mind and nervous system are calmed and balanced.
